Thoughts on Say "I love you" Episode 7

"If you don't move yourself, you'll never get anywhere."

I've been waiting for this episode since last week... it was one of the episodes where I felt like it would accidentally "leak" just so I could watch it right here, right now. I wanted it SOOOOO bad, the ending just made me cry so much!

I realized that I'm a lot like Mei with relationships, okay, online relationships. What a shameful part of my life which I acquired from a year of endless online gaming relationships that actually made my heart beat like Mei's. This fact is probably why I cried so much this episode, so much. The tears just wouldn't stop because it reminded me so much of my past and how I was treated like Mei and how I dealt with it. Less about me and more about the anime though...

I'm really glad Mei told her girl friends about her situation and that they were there for her (I want friends like that....I like to think that most people are like that once you open up to them but it's not always true)

Yamato is actually a really, really, really, bad boyfriend in my opinion. He should have known that Mei didn't like what he was doing, seriously? YOU HANG OUT WITH ANOTHER GIRL ALMOST EVERYDAY UNTIL NIGHT TIME AND YOU SAID YOU WOULD TEXT HER BUT YOU DON'T EVEN?! OKAY, THE BIG THING IS THAT YOU DON'T EVEN FUCKING TELL HER THAT YOU EAT AT THAT BITCHES HOUSE ALL THE TIME AND YOU TRY TO USE THE PHOTO SHOOT AS AN EXCUSE? EXCUSE ME. If I was Mei, I would've stopped wearing that damn bracelet and that's it. Take a hint, please.

I did love the end though, Mei took the aggressive role! I can't wait for the next episode, although I think they'll just brush this conflict off and start anew with them returning to normal again. GRRRRR

Kamisama Kiss Episode 7

Kamisama Kiss Episode 7

I usually don't like doing reviews or writing long summaries on a specific episode but I couldn't resist making an entry for this episode. There are plenty of spoilers ahead so if you haven't watched it then go watch it right now!! You should be ashamed.

We see a suspicious girl spying on Kurama and Tomoe and then as soon as you start to think, "OMG, don't tell me it's that shy class rep. that drowns my ships, DONDAKE!" (Have I been watching too much Gintama?) Okay, she's actually the girl from the last episode, you know that kawaii chick in the locker rooms. She apparently wants to thank Kurama because of what happened in the previous episode and Nanami tells her that she'll let her talk to him alone. Speaking of that DAYUM SEXY TENGU...

Looking mighty fine there, Kurama. *cries* Y DID I EVEN SS THIS, IT MAKES HIM LOOK LIKE SOME SORT OF DRUNK PIECE OF SHIT.

She commands him with her paper spell thinge that turns him into thin air so that it creates an atmosphere where they are alone, or something? Gosh, how does that even work when it seems like Kawaii Girl is talking to herself in a crowded hallway, plez nanami. She thanks him and he asks her the dreaded question...." Who are you again?" Next step, Ichigo Pantsu. You understand, right?
Kurama is NOT amused....Please, girl, I like dem shimapan, you should know.
But he does back her up when two boys make fun of her childish pantsu. Aww, I knew you would never disappoint, Kurama~~ (Don't even go back up there, don't do it.) Anyways, now more girls ask Nanami for help and you know she just can't reject them being the person that she is. Let's just call them Bitch #1 and Bitch #2, I just labeled them down here so you know where I'm going with this.
bitch #1_______Nanami_________________ _____bitch #2
Bitch #2 fawns over Tomoe (*BITCH SLAP* You're welcome) and then Bitch #1 says something bitchy that I don't even remember about, lululululul. Nanami agrees to let her walk home with Tomoe today and leaves a note for Tomoe telling him that she went home first. ENTER BITCH #2 with super-cutesy-this-must-be-destiny act and she asks him if he wants to walk home with her if he alone and then Tomoe flat out rejects her by saying that he is not alone. (EVEN THOUGH HE IS?!)

Y IS THIS BOOK SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND, MFFFHSDHSIADNA.
Nanami is actually on the roof *gasp* studying and reflecting on how she shouldn't have let her walk with him because SHE LOVES HIM. And then Tomoe comes and then you figure the rest for yourself because it's too good for pictures. (and i'm lazy, like 4 real lazy)

Skip, skip, skip.... Kurama tells Tomoe to not give Nanami the wrong idea because he would never get serious with a human girl. At school, Nanami's friends (Ichigo Pantsu is there too) ask her if Tomoe and her are dating and they give her some advice that she should try going out on a date with him. Becuz if u kawaii den all da boys <33 u 5ever! (That girl, 2012)

Tomoe and Nanami walk home together and Nanami insists that they go check out the aquarium. She feels like she's dragging him with her because he is OH MY GOD SO FUCKING BOREDD, ahem, and Nanami is GENKI AS HELL. They line up for a seal show and since it's so crowded, they are all the way in the back and Nanami can't see so this happens....

KYAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
After that, they are finished and Tomoe cheerfully insists on going back home now but Nanami wants even MOARRR so she insists on looking at the night sky from some secluded area on some tower. Because that's always what you wanna do, girls and boys. Ahem anyways...serious mode from now on because it is ADORABLEEE.

The iDOLM@STER: Shiny Festa Review

The iDOLM@STER: Shiny Festa OVAs

This scene is not from these OVAs but I just love seeing all of my idols together!
I declare more screen time for Kotori!
3 OVAs based on the three games that split all the idols into 3 groups. I personally loved the first episode and first group best because it contained most of my favorites! (Ami, Mami, Hibiki, Yayoi, and Iori) but for the storyline, the third one might have been the best. I say this but ALL of them were just amazing and unique! I kinda wish Kotori was the supervisor in one of them except for the Broducer though... Jupiter's appearance was also very nice to watch, but they seem a lot more stuck-up than they did at the end of the series. Awww, they're just so tsundere!

SPOILER!!: It was really nice of Makoto to do that, even though I know she wants to be the princess. Love ya, Makoto!
All in all though, I just loved those OVAs and watching the OVAs of The iDOLM@STER or clips from the anime always makes me so sad...I miss all my idols that I start to love more and more! I don't really find anything wrong with these episodes but I just don't feel right giving it a 10/10 when the series was only a 9/10 so therefore....

                                                           9/10

I think that last episode made me like Miki a lot more. I always had this feeling inside me that thought she didn't really love the Broducer but it seems she sincerely does. A jealous Miki is a cute Miki!

Natsume's Book of Friends Season 1&2 Premium Edition

I bought this a while ago but why not post some pictures of it's beauty? Natsume's Yuujinchou is one of the most lovely and touching anime I've seen and I recommend it to anyone because deep down, everyone feels lonely and down sometimes.

Front (The box is made of a hard material that feels nice, LOL)
The back with Reiko

The DVD cases for Season 1 and Season 2

My first Premium Edition set thinge and I don't regret it at all! I do plan on buying the set for Seasons 3 and 4 also, as well as other Premium Edition sets such as Usagi Drop and Arakawa Under The Bridge. I do believe it is fairly overpriced though...

Genshiken 2 Review

Genshiken 2

Anime Review: 8/10

What are you and what are you going to become?

Oono the cosplay queen- respect!
Genshiken 2...ahh... I've been watching a few episodes a time but on parts like when Sue and Angela came over, I couldn't stop watching. I've been looking for Sue since I read an excerpt from the manga in my OtakuUSA article and she doesn't disappoint.

JUST.TOO.CUTE!

Anyways, Genshiken 2 has more mature themes and settings than Genshiken Yaoi themes (SPOILER?: Madarame uke, you'll see it. Be prepared...with some tissues perhaps.) are very visual and you might wanna lower the volume if someone is nearby, I learned this from experience... Cosplay sex is also heavily hinted and other such mature themes that make it less enjoyable then Genshiken, to me.
The last episode is really really REALLLLLLLLLLLLY depressing, trust me. If it wasn't the last episode, I don't know if I could sit here watching it any longer. It might have even led to me dropping it, it's THAT depressing. But the conclusion made up for it and it almost made me cry because it clearly depicts that being an otaku is hard. It made me ponder if I will still be who I am in the future.

I plan to buy and read the manga though, although it saddens me that they're all going on their own paths. Except for Ogiue and Sasahara though, how sweet!

Joshiraku Reviw

Joshiraku

anime review- 7.5/10

Maybe it's the fact that these episodes get subbed weeks after they are released or because it is mostly "nonsense." but my interest in Joshiraku has decreased, I admit.

Here I go again... Marii's butt is overused and it gets  annoying, like, "You're seriously going to go there again?" I do not like how they treat Gan, it feels like they seriously don't like her. The same goes with Marii sometimes.  Kigu is cute and her dark side is funny, it's darker then Kukuru's but it's more amusing. I started to find Kukuru's depression annoying too. Now that I'm in the "hater" mode I can't stop saying bad things about this show, but don't trust me.

I really do enjoy this show and their endless chatter that leads to nowhere is amusing. I find that sometimes my chats end up like that too. A part that I really like about this show is when they all go out and have fun outside of their dressing room. It's refreshing and they all seem like they're having fun~ Their outfits are also very interesting to me, for they always change and most of them are clothes that I would wear. The last episode passed so quickly though, the new supporting character was annoying and that gave me a few laughs here and there but I would've liked to see more of my main cast.

Overall, I did have fun watching Joshiraku and that's all that counts. A 7/10 would be too little since I did like the show a lot in the beginning but it's not their fault that the jokes were aimed for the Japanese. Therefore, I think a 7.5 would do for this show. It's to the point where I'm not sure if I want a second season but I wouldn't mind watching it. I think I'll read the manga, though.
